Ms. Sheehan is the Owner of the affiliate Red Arrow Diners in Manchester and Milford and CEO, Director, Secretary and Treasurer of Red Arrow Diner Franchising since our incorporation in February 2008. Carol has over 30 years experience in managing and marketing of various restaurants including her own.

You may also find Carol every week as a radio personality on her show, Food For Thought with the Taste Buds (TasteBudsRadio.com) on WTPL-FM 107.7. This is a weekly show with Carol and Michelle (the Taste Buds!). They spend 2 hours every Sunday, talking about restaurants in New Hampshire, interviewing chefs and owners, sharing recipes, trivia and guests! Carol is a supporter of, and on the Board of Directors for Challenger Sports in New Hampshire (ChallengerSportsNH.com). Among her many charitable interests, Carol and the Red Arrow Diner are avid supporters of New Hampshire's local roller derby league, the ManchVegas Roller Girls (ManchVegasRollerGirls.com).
